 •  How can I make a reservation with findtripdeal.com?

On our search bar on the left corner
Select the Country and the city from the dropdown menu,
Select the dates,
Select the total room number and the room type and press the “search now”,
When your hotel choices listed on the page,
Review the hotels location, meal and the room type,
Click the "Book Now" button from the Search Results page,
Enter the information requested on the booking form. On this page you will enter guest and payment information including credit card and cardholder information. You can write your preferences or special requests on this page.
Click the "I agree" button at the bottom of the page. You will then be taken to the confirmation page and you will be able to print your hotel voucher.

 •  Would I be able to make reservations over the phone?

You can call our customer service representative to make booking over the phone before you do that that please make sure you have the hotel name, dates and the credit card details ready.

You may check on the status of your reservation with your hotel at any time by using your full name . Please note, however, that if you call the hotel more than 7 days prior to your check-in date, they may not be able to reference your reservation by name. Names of customers booking our allotments are submitted to hotels 5-7 days prior to check-in.

The Prepaid Accommodation Voucher is a document showing that your reservation has been booked and confirmed. We recommend that you print and keep this voucher as some hotels may ask you to present it at the time of check-in. The voucher also holds important reservations information, including your confirmation number and hotel contact information.

 •  How do I know which room type I should reserve?

Your choice of room type depends on the number and type (i.e. adults/children) of occupants who are to stay in the room. On the Search Page, the room type drop down key specifies the number of occupants which can be accommodated by each type of room.

Breakfast is not always included in the price. You will see that information on the hotel result page, If the continental breakfast, or a hot buffet-style breakfast is included in the price.

 •  What would happen if the hotel can not find your reservation when I check-in?

In the highly unlikely event that the hotel cannot find your reservation, please be sure to present them your Prepaid Travel Voucher. If problems persist, call our Emergency Customer Service line, available 24 hours a day.

 •  Do you have any discount for children?

Infants under 2 years of age stay free. Children between 2 and 12 years of age are subject to a discount. When searching for hotels, choose room types which accommodate children, and indicate the number of children aged 2 through 12 you are traveling with. Rates for rooms occupied by children will reflect children's discount.

Cancellations and Modifications

 •  What should I do to cancel my booking?

You can simply cancel reservation in 3 steps.
1. Go to my reservation section. (click here)
2. Enter your e-mail adrees and confirmation number of your reservation.
3. Click cancel button to cancel your reservation.

 •  Do you charge any cancellation fee for my canceled reservations?

You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 3 days of your booking date. After 3 days you will be charged 20 dollars per cancelled reservation.

 •  How can I make changes on my reservation?

To make changes on your reservation please send us an email. If there is availability matching the changes you have made, the new reservation will be re-priced. If total charges for the new reservation exceed those of the previous one, you will be asked to pay for the difference. The new reservation will not be confirmed until payment has been completed.
